In 2018, Eos invested in Legacy Supply Chain Services, a leading national third-party logistics company specializing in contract logistics, value-added warehousing and distribution, freight brokerage, and transportation solutions.
In February 2019, Eos invested in Consolidated Analytics (“CA”), a provider of outsourced services to the residential mortgage industry, including valuation, consulting, due diligence and default services. Eos’ investment supported the CA’s acquisition of Carrington Property Services, a provider of REO asset management, rental management and valuation services.
In May 2022, Eos invested in MetaSource, a provider of technology-enabled business process outsourcing and digital transformation solutions to a variety of end-markets including financial services, government, healthcare, retail and transportation.
In September 2022, Eos invested in Gulf Pacific, a value-added packager and processor of high-quality specialty foods and ingredients including healthy and organic rice varieties, rice-flour ingredients, ancient grains, heirloom beans and spice blends. As a part of the transaction Southwest Spices was acquired and integrated into the Gulf Pacific business.
