In September 2022, Eos invested in Gulf Pacific, a value-added packager and processor of high-quality specialty foods and ingredients including healthy and organic rice varieties, rice-flour ingredients, ancient grains, heirloom beans and spice blends. As a part of the transaction Southwest Spices was acquired and integrated into the Gulf Pacific business.
