In 2012, Eos and an investment partner invested capital in ProEnergy Services, a service provider to the global gas turbine power generation market. During Eos’ ownership, ProEnergy refined its service offerings to prioritize support for grid reliability amid the increasing presence of renewable power generation. Additionally, the company developed and constructed a portfolio of more than 2 GW of power generation capacity. In 2024, Eos sold its position to a private equity sponsor.
