In 2007, Eos invested in WDF Services Corporation, an infrastructure focused mechanical and specialty construction services provider. In 2008, Eos invested in the merger of WDF Services with Five Star Electric to create Greenstar Service Corporation. Greenstar was a construction services provider specializing in large-scale complex mechanical, electrical and specialty construction projects. The company was sold to a strategic acquirer in 2011.
