In 1997, Eos led a financing for Digital Theater Systems, Inc. (“DTS”), a developer and marketer of digital audio technology. Originally financed by Steven Spielberg and Universal Studios, DTS is a leading provider of digital sound in the theatrical and home entertainment marketplaces. DTS completed its initial public offering in 2003.
