In 2002, Eos invested in Clean Earth Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of solutions for the treatment and disposal of environmentally impacted sites and waste throughout the Northeast. The company offered fully integrated capabilities through its network of fixed-base facilities and broad range of technologies and intermodal capabilities. In 2005, Clean Earth was sold to a private equity sponsor.
